It's been this way for me for the past 2 months.

I have sent an error report to support and am waiting to see what happens.

I also have huge differences in the active time reported to Strava since aprox 1 month.

It seems to be an issue with timestamps on distance segments, Strava constantly shows 20-30% less active time than HealthMate and reality :). Ex: If I run 1 hour 30 min, Strava, interpreting the data exported by HealthMate, will say: 1 hour active time out of 1 hour 30 total time. It then calculates the speed based on active time and it appears I should be winning some major prizes going by the speed values results :). The data in health Mate is fine, just what it exports is corrupted.

Maybe flooding support with fix requests would be the way to go.

I also asked they providde an option to just export the data file recorded for a sports session so we can convert it ourselves if they lack the man power.

My original issue was just the heartrate thing.

But I too have seen the additional gap between moving time and elapsed time. Which is super unhelpful as I don't run as fast as it says.
