Days ago my move ECG went in battery saving mode, then I bought a new battery but now is not connecting anymore with the app. but I doesn't work even the chronometer. this with both the new and the old battery. Please help me what I can do?

Hello Marta (or Diana ?). Three other people have opened same question on forum (but French writing). I invite you to follow our exchanges. One customer told us have following some Withings instructions by email, succeeded to make the watch ok again. I hope to have soon his procotole.
