    Hello Marta (or Diana ?). Three other people have opened same question on forum (but French writing). I invite you to follow our exchanges. One customer told us have following some Withings instructions by email, succeeded to make the watch ok again. I hope to have soon his procotole.

    I have the same problem, went to change the battery and now the watch is not moving anymore! What can I do?

    I have got the same problem too. Even with re-initializing procedure (hold the lateral button for 10s or 20s), nothing comes !

    Is it a product issue from Withings ?

    Same here! I tried resetting the watch, also deleted it from the app to connect again but it can't connect the watch as it doesn't see it. I'm waiting for the answer from Withings.
