My scale model number is WVS01, and I keep receiving an error code of 000995, and it will not communicate with my I watch anymore.

There is also a big X next to the Wi-Fi symbol.

I got this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/201489167 from their Help Center that explains what you need to do if you're receiving an error message. I hope it helps.
