The Health Mate app detects the Move ECG watch, it connects and then asks what user. After selecting the user it states that an update is required. I start the update which normally gets to about 60% before it stops and gives the message "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again". I have tried turning the Wifi/Mobile data connection on and off, gone in and out of flight mode, deleted and reinstalled the app, rebooted the phone (Samsung S20+ 5G) and reset the watch (press and hold watch button for 20 seconds). Nothing works!!!!
