    I think the reason they don't add this is that they want you to use their products exclusively. Is your tracker working with google fit/apple health? You can set health mate to automatically import steps from them

    In health mate go to profile. Scroll down to apps. Click on apple health/google fit connect your account and turn on the metrics you want to import. For example steps. There should be two categories. Import and export

    Thanks. Steps were already turned on, but they are not importing. Time for a bug report I guess

    How do I get the health mate app on my PC - have tried to download but it does not download and install

    Where did you download it? I don't believe there is an pc version of health mate. Just the online dashboard that you can add to your PC as a shortcut (I have it with Chrome don't know if other browsers work as well)

    From Microsoft shop but it does not install. How do I use the Withings scales on my computer as they were advertised as having wi-fi and would work with windows ten. I do not have a mobile phones at my age of 85

    It's not an official one from Withings. You can only view your data on your computer but you'll need an app to set the scale up for WiFi
