Hello I purchased a sleep mat end of May contacted support originally thought I wanted to return it, then in the middle of July sleep mat stopped working contacted support again, gave me instructions on how to reset my sleep mat, I am unable to reset my sleep mat because there are no lights on when I plug the mat in, sleep mat just stopped working. I contacted support again... no response and they marked my case as solved. It’s definitely not solved! I have a sleep mat that won’t work at all.. I have since contacted support at least 2 different times in the past 5 days with no resolution! I’m beginning to think withings just sells products and if they don’t work , they don’t care! Please help someone!
