    Mine are approx 18 months old and I have exactly the same problem

    Have you tried to plug your scale into different power ports and using a different micro-USB cable? If the scale is no longer responding, it will be better to get help from the support team using this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

    My Body + stopped communicating with the app two days ago.  No reason.  Batteries at 70%.  Is this a system-wide problem?

    This is the same fault as I had.  

    If the battery shows a level greater than 0% on the app then I suggest the fault is caused by the very small circuit board containing the charging port and reset button.  

    If you follow the ifixit process to open the scales, try disconnecting the very small circuit board by unplugging the connector.  if your scales bursts into life then you have the same issue as me.

    I've just posted a request to support for details on how to get a replacement part.  After following various threads in this forum I suspect that I won't get a positive response from Withings which leaves me with the only option of removing the battery when it needs charging.  Not great for £150 scales

    Me to suddenly scale "Body Cardio" stop working.

    see two times "failure" on screen en then dead.

    Put it on charge but nothing.

    Where can I send it back??
