Wrong time stamp on my sleep data

My data is in pacific time zone but I’m in eastern time zone. My WiFi routers have the correct time. How do I change the time stamps on my data to match my location?

    I have the opposite problem.  I am in Mountain time and my sleep mat time is eastern

    I am western standard time in Australia but my sleep analyser is eastern standard time, 2 hours earlier. How can I change i please?
