ECG readings no longer showing within the app

    I have the same problem. BPC Core appears to work just fine, displaying blood pressure, HR and ECG. But these measurements never show up in the app.

    I'm experiencing the same problem, although only after 15 November. I have also just emailed the same to Withings.

    I have the same problem - I have written to support. It suddenly stopped sending data to app/cloud after 01/01/2021 - maybe some issues with date-handling or similar. 

    Did any of you guys got to know how to fix the problem ???

    This worked for me, as suggested by Withings:

    • Log out from the Health Mate app
    • Uninstall the app
    • Restart your phone
    • Reinstall the app
    • Log back in

    my problem started on 01.13.21 all measurements are not displayed in the application. I deleted the application, rebooted the phone, nothing helped. Advise what else you can do

    karma.igor, if you login to your Withings account on the internet, rather than with the app, do you see all your measurements there? Even when I had some of my numbers missing from the app (although strangely not all of them), I could see those missing numbers online.

     

    Also, did you log out from the app before you uninstalled it? You did not specifically say whether you did or not, and I don't know why it would make a difference, but perhaps that would help if you didn't do that step first. Perhaps also make sure you are not logged in otherwise to Withings online (i.e. specifically log out from the website there as well) before you log out and uninstall the app.

    I tried these step (and it didn't fix my problem): 

    • Log out from the Health Mate app
    • Uninstall the app
    • Restart your phone
    • Reinstall the app
    • Log back in

    My measurements from the BPM core are still not visible in the app, and they are not visible in the online dashboard. Does anyone have other suggestions (I tried resetting wifi on the devices several times also).

    I had the same issue and tried the solution as mentioned without success. Afterwards I tried to just disassociate the BPM Core and add it again. This fixed it and all previous measurements appeared as well in the HM app. Hope it helps.
