Body fat not recording for one family member

Hi, the scales are not registering a body fat measurement for one family member, yet it does measure it for one person. I’ve had the scales for years and it weighs me and records my body fat fine, but doesn’t for my boyfriend who I just set up as another user on the scales. What’s wrong?

    I also had the same issue when my mother used the scale for the first time. I contacted the Withings customer support and they were able to help us out. You can contact them by clicking this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
