My Body Cardio scale has stopped syncing my weight to Fitbit, no sync since last week?

Me too (since 20th August). Had a support chat with Fitbit and they concluded that the problem lies with the Withings side of the data link.

Unfortunately mine has stopped syncing too - was it after the latest software upgrade from Fitbit? I can't remember what day that was but around the same time.

There are so many threads about this problem. This time it stopped working after a Fitbit software update, but it’s happened before...I finally found a long-overdue response on another thread, indicating they’re working on it, thank goodness:

@ldb_22, I looked at that thread, and it does NOT say that Fitbit is working on it. Here's the response that several people in that thread said they received, most recently on 9/13:

There's nothing in there that says they're working on it, merely "monitoring the situation." In fact, they say explicitly that "this isn't the resolution you're hoping for."
Fitbit is dramatically larger than Withings, and a Google subsidiary whereas Withings is independent. So ultimately, Fitbit has much less motivation to fix this than Withings should. But it seems like Withings is willing to just hemorrhage customers rather than treat this seriously.

I have been having the same problem too where my Withings scale is not syncing with the Fitbit correct.

I have the Body+ scale. Same issue, last measurement sent to fitbit on 08/20/2020. Very frustrating!

Same. Same date. It’s rendered the WiFi element of the scale useless to me. It really frustrates the purpose for which many of us got the scale

YES!!! Sync to Fitbit has randomly started working again today 20-10-20 .. :-)
