ECG Watch Stopped Working

    That is excessively poor performance.  My factory fit battery lasted nearly 6 months.  What brand of battery did the jeweller fit, I wonder?  The MoveECG is known to be fussy about what battery is used.  I fitted a Duracell version to mine, and it works (so far!) as it's a brand I can trust, and I had difficulty finding any of the Withings recommended brands.

    Maybe take it back to the jeweller and complain that the battery is not compatible?

    Thanks for the info Ian. The jeweller charged me £12 for the battery so I'd hope its a good one. I see that these watches come with a two year warranty so I've contacted Withings Customer Service to return it for repair or replacement. It'll be interesting to see their reply and how good they are.

    Did you get anywhere with Withings support? I find them to be quite incompetent as they don't appear to understand english enough to resolve issues or maybe it's just my luck as I've had difficulty with 2 devices and similar experiences. They don't like to escalate the issue to the 2nd line support to resolve and rely on knowledge articles but don't really understand how the devices function - probably as they don't own one.

    They were absolutely useless tbh. After 15 emails back and forth dragging on for 5 weeks and several hoops to jump through, including wanting me to make a video of me carrying out their 'fix'!!! they failed completely to resolve the issue. They were quick to tell me all about the two year warranty and my purchase was covered by it but when all their suggested 'fixes' didn't work they then flat out refused to replace it. They have no repair facility and only 'advisors' to suggest various solutions. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this product to anyone. My sister also owned one that broke down after a few months. Avoid at all costs, there are better more reliable variants on the market.

    NB: I had replied to this thread already at how poor the customer service was but i guess they removed it.

    Ma montre(Scan W) ne veut plus enregistrer les ECG . Une croix immediate ou apres quelques secondes

    Que faire?

    My Watch (Scan W) does not record ECG anymore. Appears a "X " immediately or after few (2/3) seconds

    what should I do?
