I have a WBS01 and it remembers a user that I can no longer see. I did already disassociate all users, but the option still shows up.
I did try to find out how to factory reset the scale but did not find anything that fits the WBS01. So how do I do this?

Hello,
For those of you who get an error 995, please first check this article here. If the situation persists, you might need to update the Wi-Fi configuration of your scale. This article here will tell you how to proceed.
For the ones who would like to reset their Wi-Fi Body Scale, please remove the batteries for 60 seconds, and then reinsert them.

I also want to reset the scale, i have an error 000995 and cant get past it with the app.
All instructions from Whitings are a dead end.
In the past there was a windows application for the scale that could fix this kind of issues but cant find that any longer, Whitings wants us all to use the phone....
Crapy - Seams the more expensive products you buy the more issues you get..
Im going back to analog scale with no wifi connection.

How do I reset a WBS01? I get an ERROR CODE 000995 and don't know how to reset even though I have the cable connecting the scale to my MAC Mini.

Same here just 000995 error showing up and the batteries have been out for 30+min and the scale should have resetted itself but no.

Ok, I got mine to work. It was bought several years ago and it kept reading 000995. I had to hook it up to my laptop (there is a port for a cord where the batteries are). Once attached to my laptop, I went to the withings (HealthMate) website, logged in to my account (had to hunt for my creds) and then clicked on the scale in my “devices”. I then followed the instructions for installing a device (or changing the wireless network). Do this while the scale is connected. It is now connected to my apps and once again records body fat measurements. Good luck!

hello guys, i would like to know if you guys could help me get my WBS01 scale back that i love and has been in my life since 2009! it turns out that a damn Duracell battery damaged the micro USB plug and I can't pair it with the Wi-Fi network anymore. The scale is perfect and I'd really like to fix it but I don't know how to open it. I'm an electronics engineer and I'm able to do the micro USB female exchange service. Here in Brazil a scale for you guys costs R$3000.00 that is, US$600 for Body+ Can you help me?
