Same problem here with Scanwatch. I'm using Oneplus Nord and have enabled Google assistant, calendar, and all other notifications that seem related but with no luck.

It seems we aren't the only ones with a similar problem.

Mine actually started working after I got in contact with Withings support. I'm not quite sure which part did the trick, but I'm posting the directions I got here on the off-chance they might help you too. I did everything on the list, in order, even after I had done some of them before and the notifications came through afterward:

Could you please ensure that notifications are enabled in the Health Mate app? To do this, place your watch next to your mobile device, open the Health Mate app, and then go to My Devices->ScanWatch->Notifications and ensure the notifications are enabled for the desired app(s).

Once you have done this, ensure that notifications are enabled directly on your ScanWatch. To enable or disable notifications, press the button on your watch and cycle through the screens until you reach the Notifications screen (it has a bell icon). Press and hold the button to turn notifications on or off.

Reboot the watch by pressing and holding the button for 20 seconds. No data will be lost by doing this.

If using an Android device, please note the following:

    • Ensure that 'Battery Optimization' for the Health Mate app is turned off. This can be done by going to the Android device 'Settings'-> 'Battery'-> Selecting the 'Options' menu on the top right-hand side of the page, and then selecting 'Battery Optimization'. From there, find the Health Mate app, select 'Don't Optimize,' and then tap 'Done.'
    • Ensure that Silent Mode is not currently enabled (the process for enabling and disabling Silent Mode varies based on the Android device and OS version)

    • If notifications were enabled, but you are not receiving notifications after checking the above, please turn off all notifications and re-enable them

Please ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device as this is required in order to receive notifications.

Finally, if the issue persists, please power off your mobile device and power it back on.

Thanks @Joonas but I had tried all that before, several times.

Interestingly, mine has started to work now. Possibly owing to the recent update. The update didn't seem to immediately fix the issue so I wonder if something else has happened to fix it.

Anyway, the reminders from Google assistant (the ones with the knot round the finger) are now getting through to my watch.

Hi not sure if this is the right place to go but my watch links to Strava - however, Strava is the one I want when I run because it tells me how far I have gone and at what pace - on my watch it does not alert me and it is very difficult to read when moving and in the daylight - can I run with my Strava connected and then Health Mate can take the info from Strava and how do I read my watch when it is sunny? Woudl be very glad to have some feedback

I was mistaken. This is still not fixed. I felt sure I had received a Google reminder on my watch but I must have been mistaken. I have since had multiple Google Assistant notifications on my phone none of which have reached my watch.
