have a Move ECG watch which I sent to a patient and it did not sync. It appears to be not working. I have changed the battery twice and there is no response. It was purchased on Nov 29th 2019. Please can you advise? I have another watch which I use for patients which is working perfectly but this one has failed and I assume it is within the warranty period. I am a consultant cardiologist and have recommended your watch to many patients and generally it has been extremely reliable and a valuable healthcare tool.

I agree that the Move ECG is a great device for healthcare. With the help of this watch, we actually discovered that my brother has an abnormal heartbeat.
