I had a Fitbit Charge 2 watch for the last 15months which was connected to the Health Mate app working perfectly with correct syncing of steps. I now purchased the Move ECG watch which I now also connected to Health Mate. However, I have problems
1. I lost data of my 15 months I had with the Fitbit watch. Can this be recovered?
2. The Move ECG Watch does not show the correct steps on the Health Mate app. It normally shows approx 5000 steps less.
Can you give me any solution ?

Withings does not have a continuous syncing with Fitbit devices because only Withings devices can be installed using the Health Mate app. You might be pertaining to the importing of historical data from Fitbit. It's one-time sync only though.
