I have noticed that the BPM connect builds up pressure quickly and then instead of releasing it slowly like the older WIFI BPM monitor it does so very quickly. As a result I can't imagine that it can be all that accurate catching the start and stop of the pulse which tell you the systolic and diastolic.
So, when I compare the two units I find that the diastolic is always about 10 mm of pressure higher than I get for the other unit and that the systolic seems perhaps 1-5mm higher as well. My arm is within the right size limits.
Does anyone else have this concern or experience.
