    I recommend that you contact their customer support team directly at https://within.gs/help so they can check for warranty options.

    The same happened to me, obly the crack is right next to where the wristband is attached - which means that the wristband just falls off. Watch dead after 1,5 years of normal use. No drops etc

    My first MOVE cracked in August 2020. That's when I first posted this thread. There was nothing Withings could do for me. I chalked it up to just chance.

    In December of 2020, I purchased myself a new MOVE for Christmas. I started wearing it on January 17, 2021. On June 31, 2021 my second MOVE died. It has a CRACK in the same place. Since I know, from experience, Withings will not do anything about it, I have purchased a Fitbit Inspire2. I still have my Withings Scale, BP Monitor and Thermometer. I don't need a fancy smart watch. I need something that shows the time and counts my steps. AND is not very expensive. The Inspire2 fit my needs without the hassle. I attached a picture from the 2nd MOVE, fyi.

    I suggest you either upgrade to a different Withings watch or move on...
