After batterie replacement i wanted to add the watch to the healthmate application. However watch does not vibrate. Due to a removal I cannot find the tool/pin anymore to activate the watch on the backside. What can I do?

I just got a message from the support department. They ask me for the serial numbers of the watches. Things are progressing and I will keep you informed of the progress of the support. I've already had the opportunity to deal with this service and they are usually very professional and listen to their customers. I hope this will be the case again.
