My Withings scale is no longer showing data in both my Fitbit and MyFitnessPal apps. However, this was all syncing just fine up until about a week ago. Going into the app it shows that it is connected to both Fitbit and MyFitness Pal.
How do I fix this?

Same for me, last measurement is from Aug 20th. Tried unlinking/relinking the accounts and then also manually downloading data, did not help.

What customer service? When you click on "Contact us", you just get routed over to search the FAQs & forums.
