    For my experience using Move, it is very effective detecting sleep time once a day.

    I saw earlier reviews saying that it was considering inactive time (e.g. remove the watch during a shower) as sleep time. So this is probably why they removed nap detection.

    The Withings Move just like their other activity trackers doesn't track naps. They have chosen to disable the detection of naps to focus on improving the sleep detection.
