My wife and I have just purchased a Move ECG each.
We cannot connect these to either of our individual phones, both Androids running v6 and not in the incompatible list. One phone doesn't have an option to connect the Move ECG, in fact the app looks different, with Nokia a prominent branding. The other phone detects but refuses to connect. I've tried all the suggestions on the website and the only support suggestion was links to the website help!
However an Android tablet has proved successful (running v7). So one watch is connected and working as expected.
Question - Can I also add my own watch under a separate profile - the guides are not clear on this possibility - if not I'm stuck!
I came to Withings, from Fitbit and Garmin in the hope of giving some support to a European industry, but the support
is sadly lacking - even with Covid-19 as an excuse! It doesn't stop them selling......
