I received my replacement watch and set it up all of the other features appear to work but none of my steps are registering.

If you press the button on the side of the Pulse HR and cycle to the steps screen, do you see any steps? If you do not see steps on the Pulse HR's display either, press and hold the button on the side of the watch for 20 seconds. Wait until the Pulse HR shows Hello! on its display. If it doesn't track your steps after the reset, I suggest you perform a factory reset and contact their customer support team at https://within.gs/help if the issue still persists.
