Hello, it took us months in these exceptional times to have another new battery put in the watch. This clock does absolutely nothing. A reset or similar is not possible, because the clock has no functions. Where should I send the watch now for repair/replacement?
The same happened with my watch and my husband watch, they already replaced 3x and keeps happening.
This model is defected , they shouldn’t sell and most important a recall should be done. We feel scammed.
