    I am having the same problem.  Scale is working properly.  Data is downloading the the health mate app.  But not to other compatible apps such as Fitbit or Cronometer.

    This happened once before awhile ago.  Seemed like it took forever for them to put a priority on it.  Some say it might have to do with a Fitbit update last week.  I am hoping our posts get some attention, so it gets resolved.

    Same problem here, and yes I had it before, and yes this time it happened immediately after the Fitbit software update. It’s frustrating that this happens repeatedly but it’s even more frustrating that so many of us are ignored before the queries even get a response. Thanks for finally listening...now, about that fix!?😎

    I really wish I had found this thread before wasting over an hour trying to debug the problem. This happens frequently enough that Withings should be a lot better about making it easy to find out when Fitbit has broken the integration again.

    That does it. Going back to Amazon! I bought this specifically for Fitbit.

    The lack of communication and non-response to my email sealed it!

    In their defense, somehow I miss where they did respond to my email the next day - so I retract the part about not being responsive.

    However, the information was not helpful and still not syncing with my Fitbit. Return initiated.

    Last sync was 8/20. Please fix. I like the scale but if incompatibility problem persists, I will learn my lesson and buy everything from one company, not your company.

    I finally treated myself to buying the Witherings scale because it syncs with Fitbit. It worked great until it didn't. The last successful sync with Fitbit was 8/20. When is Witherings going to provide a fix, or at least provide and update on what when we can expect it to be fixed?!

    Hey everyone
    I see that Fitbit is no longer in the apps you can connect in the Health Mate app and Withings is no longer on the Fitbit website as an official 3rd party app.  Some people have published this link to sync https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings#.  After syncing via that link the connection doesn't show up under "My Applications" in the Fitbit account settings. 

    This looks all points to a formalisation that the two companies no longer work with each other.  This is really disappointing as I just got my scales yesterday and syncing with Fitbit was the main reason for it

    What is also disappointing is that there's no acknowledgement or communication about this split from either company. It's like they have just decided to put their head in the sand and ride it out and hope our unhappy customers will go away.  (I really hope I'm wrong - Alvaro can you tell me otherwise?)

    No news is worse than bad news. Please either confirm that Fitbit and Withings no longer work together, or provide an update on resolving the syncing issues.

    Joining in on the "stopped working mid-August" bandwagon. Please let us know what is up, whether this important feature (why I got this scale) has been removed, or some idea when it might be back.

    Looks like the syncing issue between Withings and Fitbit has been fixed.  All the weights appeared in FitBit this morning.  Thank you!

    Morning  -  As others, I purchased the Body+ scale due to the compatibility to Fitbit.   Will the activity data and heart rate from my Fitbit sync up to the profiles in the Body+ ?   Hope so......
