Calories burned from workouts is not being reflected in the nutrition exercise calories and is therefore not adjusting the total number of calories earned from activity (steps and workouts). For example, this morning I have calculated 1, 468 steps burning 26kcal and one workout burning 240kcal, however when I look on the nutrition app, the exercise is only showing the 26kcal from the steps and not taking into account the calories burned from exercise. Likewise, this is not being taken into account in My Fitness Pal.
How can I combine the two to have both steps and workout calories burned reflected in the nutrition exercise?

Withings ignores workout calories burned (in my case, gym weights) when calculating the daily caloric expense. It takes the base rate and only adds the calories from walking/running, but ignores the other workout calories -- even though it shows them in the stats! That's why this is not reported to MyFitnessPal.
This is bad design and should be addressed. Not a big problem for runners, perhaps, because their running will increase the step counter anyway, but gym/HIIT/team sports this is just unacceptable.
Fix this Withings.
EDIT: Mobile app for Withings works correctly though! The bug concerns the Web App and the consequent data supplied to MyFitnessPal via API.
