    UPDATE: September 2, 2020

    Dear Health Mate iOS users,

We identified the issue causing the app crash, and rolled out a fix earlier today. We are still closely monitoring the situation, and you should now be able to log in as usual to your app and sync your data.

In case you are still facing any issue, we invite you to get in touch with our agents via within.gs/help. Thank you for your continuous support, and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

    Happy posting,

I am having the same issue. It worked yesterday but crashes seconds after opening. Tried restarting, reinstalling, etc but no luck. Aside from annoying, the watch only holds so much data then we will start to lose sleep, steps, etc. Please fix ASAP.

Well you are lucky in that regard. I didn't have the app installed on my watch. When I added it today to check that out, I got a "Please continue on iPhone" message. :( so my watch app is also useless.

Myself and wife have the same problem from this morning. App opens for 5 secs and then crashes. All the usual steps have been taken to reset and re-install, but no luck.

Android app is working fine but iPad on IOS 14 same issue. I wouldn't worry about data loss because the Steel HR/Sport can store sleep,HR,steps, etc. for about 2 weeks

Problem not solved yet. Even worse: the synchronisation between IOS Health Mate app does not work fine. The sleep analysis of last night is on the server, but not on the iPhone app. So it seems to be a problem with download sync results between server and app (upload works fine, because results are there).

The same here. Updated iOS and tried launching the app => crash. Deleted and reinstalled the app => it works now. No word from Withings support though, so no idea regarding the root cause.
