    We identified the issue causing the app crash, and rolled out a fix earlier today. We are still closely monitoring the situation, and you should now be able to log in as usual to your app and sync your data.

    Yeah same here. Relieved its a general issue and not just me! Imagine Withings is on to it pronto and all will be well soon.

    Well it sounds like there is a systemic problem. I have the same experience. 

    IOS 13.6.1 on iPhone 11 Pro. neither IOS or Withing app have updated in last 24 hours yet app worked fine yesterday.

    I have deleted app and kept data

    deleted app and deleted data (my data is still in withings cloud and I can see it in a browser)

    In both instances it has crashed after about 2 seconds...

    I have restarted phone and killed all background apps to ensure there was no condlicts.

    I have 113.36 gb of available space on the device

    I am running on T-Mobile with Cell Settings 41.0.1

    I am not using any VPN and other apps are working withiout issue.

    SO, I can not add any data to my account as the BP cuff requires an app, though the Thermo app is still working fine.

    I have the same issue. Really disappointing having just made a big investment in Withings. Both iPhone and iPad apps are crashing. Hard resets, deleted and reinstalled on both. Both are modern, running latest iOS. Neither one is working.

    Brand new user with brand new product - managed to get through the installation and setup process on my iPhone and record one set of data, but straight afterwards the app started crashing about 5 seconds after I open it as it is ‘Loading...’. Pleased to find it is a more general problem at least. Hope it will be fixed soon.

    same. funny part is that I still can see scales data online BUT I can't measure blood pressure now. Since it works only via the app. Hmm...... ((

    Hello,
    same problem this morning.

    You have to switch-off the „mobile data“ then the app do not crash.

    Same here in Australia. Deleted app. Re-installed. Healthmate crashes every time I launch it. Started today 1 September.

    I did deactivate the mobile data in the app settings etc. Even deactivated all settings there incl bluetooth - did not help. reinstalled, restarted the phone - it keeps crashing right after showing the home screen at the start.

    Both my wife and i have the same issue. All working well last night but this morning just crashes on start up.  Had a similar problem about 6 months ago and had to wait days for an app update to be uploaded before issue was solved. Please can Withings address this issue quicker than last time

    Oh goody, it's not just me. That means they are fixing it as fast as possible. I hope they get expedited review from Apple, Apple provides a couple of those expedited reviews, yearly, for situations like this.

    Same crash problems with me and my wife's.Both on iOS 13.6.1 iPhone.

    dis- or enabling mobile data does not help.

    However, when putting the phone in airplane modus, the app does not crash.
    Switching communication on again, the app crashes immediately.

    So the app seems to crash when it makes connection to the server.
    A server issue ??

    Please Withings, fix this

    Me too. Looks like everyone started having the same problem 7 hours ago. Would be nice to see some sort of acknowledgement of the problem from Withings by now...

    Airplane mode definitely prevents App crashing for me and allows watch to sync
