    We identified the issue causing the app crash, and rolled out a fix earlier today. We are still closely monitoring the situation, and you should now be able to log in as usual to your app and sync your data.

    My app worked fine last night and this morning it’s impossible to open and after deleting and reinstalling the app 6 times it’s no longer connected to my watch.

    Same problem here. Am on iOs 13.6.1. App crashes immediately on startup. Withings, please fix this asap.

    Withings posting to other posts indicates they are working on it.

    Remove app and update to iOS 13.7.
    Reinstall app working again

    I can confirm that updating to iOS 13.7 and reinstalling the app fixes the crashing.

    Same here. Updated, reinstalled. Still puzzled as to what the Withings guys did with their app, but it's back up this way now.

    I deleted the app then I updated iOS 13.7  opened up the phone reinstalled the health app.....wow it works now.  But why could the IT people tell us that.....

    I have the same issue. Tried it in multiple devices. It doesn't affect my wife's iOS device but only mine. Really odd.

    I found a way to make it work. Temporary solution: Turn on airplane mode. Do your measuring with BPM or whatever, then turn the airplane mode off. It will crash but at least the data is sync'd

    i solved my problem, i turned of mobiledata and wifi so the phone only had bluetooth connection. opened the app, went to, profile, settings and scrolled down to log out, did a log out. i then pushed log in and it failed because i had no internet :), i turned on wifi and mobildata, i then loged in and the app it did it things and the app works..... !!!!! juhu
