    We identified the issue causing the app crash, and rolled out a fix earlier today. We are still closely monitoring the situation, and you should now be able to log in as usual to your app and sync your data.

    Hi, upgrading the iPhone IOS to version 13.7 and reinstalling the app fixes the problem.

    For me it's working since yesterday. Uninstall, reinstall / iOS 14

    App would instantly crash for me, last couple of days. By chance I happened to upgrade iOS to 13.7 today. Then tried deleting the app and downloading it again from the app store. Worked. Now all working fine.

    Updated to 13.7 .. deleted and reinstalled the app .. fixed. Many thanks! 🙏🏻
