I am throughly fed up with the scales no longer syncing with my fitbit and not not with myfitness pal
Anyone else having these issues? Anyone managed to a) get theirs working or b) someone from Withings actually contacted you about this?
I am within a few days of going to my credit card company and forcing a full refund if this isnt sorted out or if someone from Withings doesnt contact me. I have read every single idea on how to resync it, from taking everything off and reloading to turning things on and off and resetting
Is there anything I have missed please - losing the will to live here
