The Move ECG is probably a better fit for our lifestyle - most of our 'exercise' comes from walking.
In 5 years we've made little change to our daily walks, not even through Covid. A fitbit and then 2 garmin wrist-watch trackers, one
after the other have been a bit of an overkill.
However all three were consistent in showing our daily step counts were in the range 12-14,000.
Move ECG is obviously setup differently. Withings say more accurately. BUT I struggle to reach my daily target
set at 7,000 steps; average so far is just under 6,900. Only 3 times in the month have I achieved it! Perhaps it doesn't recognise the small walks one
does around the house, from room to room?
Why can't I set a target at (say) 6,500?!
I've had one instance of excellent support from Withing, and one somewhat lacking. Their links often default to French, which can be annoying.
I'd recommend them if only they'd explain why my Android 6 'phone picks up an old Healthmate from Playstore. I have to ask
my wife how I'm doing, as I'm synced with her tablet!
I'm glad I didn't wait on the Scanwatch - a possible better option for me with sleep apnoea, given my phone issue!
