    Hello,

I am sorry that you can not sync your Withings devices or Apple Health with Health Mate.

    1) If you are not able to sync between one of our products and Health Mate

Please go to our Help Center by clicking here. Then, choose Product and select your device.

    - If you have a scale, a Thermo, or a watch, please continue by clicking on Syncing > "No data is synced with my account. What should I do? (for scales and Thermo) / “I'm having syncing issues with my watch. What should I do?(for watches)

    - If you have a BPM, please select Blood Pressure Measurement > No data is synced with my account. What should I do?.

    - If you are in possession of a Sleep or a Sleep Analyzer, please click on Sleep data > Sleep / Sleep Analyzer - I'm having issues with my sleep data. What should I do?.

If your issue is still persisting and you are connected via Bluetooth, you might want to dissociate your device from Health Mate and “forget” it from your Bluetooth devices on your phone.

    2) Regarding the syncing between Apple Health and Health Mate:

Please know that the syncing of data to and from Apple Health is not automatic. In order to do that, you will need to do the following:

    - Open Health Mate

    - Open Apple Health

    - Return to the Health Mate app and swipe down from the top to force a refresh

This article here might also help you. You can also check @omar.raissi18's comment down below who provided a detailed troubleshooting.

I hope that this post helps you. If your issue has not been fixed, you can email us by clicking here.

    Happy posting,

I have the same situation with the very first model of the Withings scale. I think the problem is the HealthMate app.

Since iOS 14 no sync anymore between Apple Health and Health Mate. Connection between Scale and iOS device works (measurements are inside the app), but no sync to Apple Health. Putting sync off and on again didn't work. Still no response from customer service. :-(

I have the same issue, my last data synced to Health app is on 3rd of Sept when version 5.1 was released, so I think it's related to the latest version! can someone from support comment?

Exactly, App gets data but it doesn’t do through to Apple Health. No solution so far. Cannot imagine that nobody noticed this before?!

I got this from support and it worked, you have to kill the apps and restart at the end for the changes to take effect

Open Apple Health->Select the Profile icon on the top, right-hand side of the screen, select 'Apps,' and then select 'Health Mate'.
    Select 'Turn all Categories Off'
Uninstall/Delete the Health Mate app (all of your Health Mate data will remain stored on our web servers)
    Restart your mobile device
Reinstall Health Mate, and log in with your Health Mate credentials (your Health Mate data will be downloaded to the app)
In the Health Mate app, select 'Profile.' From there, select the Apple Health logo (white background with a red heart)
Select 'Turn All Categories On' (or manually select any metrics you wish to sync) and then select 'Allow' from the top right-hand side of the app.
You should now see a green checkmark on the 'Health' icon in the Profile of the Health Mate app, and both apps will begin syncing again.
So that Health Mate data is transferred to Apple Health, ensure that 'Background App Refresh' is enabled for the Health Mate app. To do this:

Go to 'Settings' on your iOS device
    Select 'General'
    Select 'Background App Refresh'
Ensure the slider to the right of 'Health Mate' is green
Keep in mind that at present, lean mass, muscle mass, water mass, and bone mass do not sync with Apple Health.

Deleting and reinstalling the app is the only solution.

The latest App Update fixed this problem for me without doing anything else.

My Health Mate app is not syncing with most of my devices. My network has no issues and syncs sleep fine. I can manually record weight, BP, Temp etc. and they will sync up with my online withings account, but they will not sync what my device measures to the Health Mate app at all since the app upgrade. I have Thermo , Body Cardio, BPM Connect and Sleep devices all from Withings. Only sleep still syncs with the app. Tried deleting app, cache etc and reinstalling it as well as forgetting each device and reconnecting them to bluetooth with no luck. I'm convinced once again an update to the Health Mate app was pushed out without being tested and as a result I have bricked items until they fix it. I'm using it on an Android Galaxy Note 10+

I have the same issue. The measurement data is available in the server side, but it won’t be synced into the mobile app. Deleting and reinstalling the iOS app did not work. Any suggestion?

Data loads into latest iOS app, but does not appear on website.

    Very sad integration.

I have the scale and the blood pressure monitor. Blood pressure always syncs to Apple Health. Weight syncing is sporadic.
