Hello,
since August 25, my home camera doesn't record any activity at all. I can acces the app and it says': "Your camera cannot be reached" but after few seconds live view starts working and status changes to active monitoring, but there is no activity in the timeline at all. I even tried factory reseting the camera and associate it with different account, but everything is still the same.
With this issue, this pretty expensive camera is useless.

Exactly the same here. Alerts don't work anymore, as well as history from the past 24 hours. I strongly suspect that withings pulled the plug somewhere in their systems and this affected all home cameras at once.
Not good, not professional at all. I would have hoped to receive at least some advance warning that home camera would have stopped working at a certain point?
I'm going to contact them, and let's see what they will answer. -
The same happened to me 1 week ago. After shutting the camera off and on, it keeps being stuck at orange light, and doesn't connect to the network. Tried to update the configuration but the blinking blue light doesn't start anymore.
I would be very disappointed if this product (almost expensive at the time I bought it) has been discontinued.
