Hi, my scales stopped syncing data to the app on 21 Aug. I have followed all the recommend steps to fix the issue and in the app itself it says the last sync was today but not data shows in the main sections of the app. I'm using version 5.1.0 of the Health Mate app on IOS 13.6.1.
I have tried syncing over Bluethooth and WiFi.
I have tried looking at the web tools.
I have disassociated the scales in the app and relinked.
I have cleared the device from my phone Bluetooth settings and repaired.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.
I have logged out of the app and back in again.
Nothing seems to work.
