Same problem with another samsung phone (Android 10 BLE 5.0). Unable to pair

It seems that this product is only compatible with a small amount of android phone.

I already had this problem with steel HR 2 years ago. I had to give it away because of that

I believed that since the time, the developer team had been renewed but this does not appear to be the case.
In short, if you have an iphone it works, otherwise ...

And the support that told you continously to do a factory reset and sends you the same email containing the same procedure. Depressing...

This watch left as quickly as it arrived. Last time I bought a withing product.

Wonderful. You get a Cookie 🙄

So I have to buy a new smartphone to use my Scanwatch? Really?

Thank you for your feedback. This confirms my fears. I tried to install the app to test it but Google auth is broken. The app kept crashing on my s9+. Looks like this software is not reliable.. I wonder if it's the same about their products. I wanted to buy one but thanks to your feedback I'll go for the Galaxy active 2. I'm sure I won't have any issues. ;)

My current predicament is, should I switch to iOS or sell the ScanWatch

Haha. The choice is simple: Don't buy apple products as they are expensive for less features and sell withings watch because it's not working.

I had the same problem with my Samsung A50. But it worked on my work phone (A40) fine. As long as you log on with the same account - pair with a phone that works then sync on the phone you want to use and it works fine - but you have to disable the other phone once paired so there is only one phone active. Hope that makes sense. Tony

    Lol !

Pay 300€ for this very expensive swatch and need to by another phone to sync it ! (try to find a phone model that works otherwise, you'll have to buy a third...)

    Thanks Withings !
