I've been trying to export my personal data using the "download my data" link on my dashboard but I NEVER receive the email with the download link. I tried EVERYTHING:
1) Different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Safari)
2) Both web and mobile app
3) Checked my spam folder
5) Tried the below links as recommended by the Withings community in a seperate forum post (12345678 was changed to my personal user #):
The messages I am getting are one of the following:
"We are gathering your information and will send you an e-mail when it is ready for download." -> the email is NEVER received!
"An export request has already been posted for this user. You shall receive an email with a download link soon. If not, please try again later." -> again, an email is NEVER received!
"We are sorry, the data archive for this user has not been requested or may have expired."
I find it very difficult to get in contact with Withings' customer support team as their only options are "send us an email or check the forum". Please advise what else can be done.
