No answer from customer service

    I tried to contact the assistance because the watch stop to work as a watch (the ECG never worked) since last May, nobody answer, why? I do not what I have to do

    For me it is the same. The battery of my watch lasts only 3 days and not as promised 25 days. Therefore I want to return the watch. I tried already 3 times to get in contact with the customer service through the Withings service platform but got no answer so far. Only the status of my issue on the Withings service platform is changing in solved on the platform. Therefore, I ask politely for help.
