I had some problems with my ECG watch , I've returned it in order get a refund or a replacement and it passed almost 1 month. I've emailed them 6 times by now and still nothing. Basically,they took my watch and my money,what can I do?

For me it is the same. The battery of my watch lasts only 3 days and not as promised 25 days. Therefore I want to return the watch. I tried already 3 times to get in contact with the customer service through the Withings service platform but got no answer so far. Only the status of my issue on the Withings service platform is changing in solved on the platform. Therefore, I ask politely for help.
