    You can try resetting your scale by pressing and holding its button on the side for a full 20 seconds. If it does not help, you can contact the Withings support team by following this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

    Body cardio only shows weight body fat and all other measurements are x 

    cleaned scale with water and tried weight out of shower, still only weight

    I have the same problem. The scale worked perfectly until this morning. Now it seems useless, even after a factory reset.

    Only 3 months old....

    My Withings Body+ - Smart Body Composition Wi-Fi Digital Scale with smartphone app, no longer works. Purchased it February 22, and when I last contacted you about it, you suggested going back to factory default settings. I have since done that numerous times, but at the moment it no longer gives correct wright. It has become a random number generator. 
    My last Withings scale has worked flawlessly for 3 years, and my daughter loved it and took it to her house. No our only working scale is no longer in our house. 

    Help.
