Hi!
I have an WBS01 Wi-fi body scale and i have recently changed my wifi.
When i try to run the installation wizard on Windows 10 it says that its not supported. I have tried to run it as an user and as an administrator.
Do you have a version of the wizard that works with windows 10?
another thing is the chat-bot. it needs to be updated/further devoped as it gives the same answers to pretty much any question.

After some cursing and searching in my head i found the problem.
If you are using chrome you need to go in to downloads in chrome and press the url on the wizard to download/unzipp the file befor pressing the acual file namne and start the wizard.
the thing is now that it dosent seems to support 5g wifi and i´m not yet sure if the router/scale will handle the transfer from 2g to 5g.
Withings - are you still alive or is this a zombie website? i have seen questions regarding this that is 6 months old.

The WBS01 pre-dates wide scale 802.11n adoption.
It only supports 802.11b/g so 2.4Ghz and for best results, set the 2.4GHz bandwidth on the router to 20MHz.
