    Ok I "disassociated" the scale from my Health Mate app, removed the device from my device's Bluetooth settings, factory reset the scale, then re-initialized it...Seems to be working now

    It looks like the scale is not recognizing you properly. Try to contact their customer support team directly at https://within.gs/help so they can assist you.
