    Hello 

    An update for Health Mate is now available. Please update the app to restore the steps screen on your Steel HR.

    Same here - it suddenly disappeared. I wasn't aware of any firmware update that I did.  It has also gone from the app personalise screen where you set what you want to see on the device.  The app offered me a firmware update, which I did but makes no difference.  Has there been some sort of "update" done automatically which has downgraded the features available?  If so, then please advise how we can roll this back to a version that works properly again in this respect.

    Same here, I was wondering if there was a way of getting back, it's one of the main reasons I brought and use the watch. So disappointed it has gone

    same here. It just disappeared when I installed an update. Really annoying and it was the main feature I was using.

    Me too... Has anyone gotten a response from Withings? When will another update come out?  Agreed, it is super annoying since it is the main feature of the watch.

    Also steps have disappeared as an option on customising your screens in the device section on the app.

    Hi everyone. Withings emailed me back with a fix, and it has worked for me. Hope this helps! Have pasted the solution below.

    Could you please try the following?:

    uninstall the Health Mate app

    reboot your mobile phone

    reinstall the Health Mate app

    Place the watch next to your mobile device and open the Health Mate app. From here go to My Devices->Steel HR->Screens customization.

    Check if the "Steps" is now showing. If yes, then tick the checkmark and proceed to check your screen if your steps are now showing your screen.
