    I am also experiencing this frustrating challenge. This is exactly the type of situation that Withings needs to proactively address.

    Having the same issue. Health Mate was bot syncing with Apple Health. I deleted and reinstalled Health Mate. Then I noticed the scale was not syncing with iPhone after the app was deleted. I did a factory reset on the scale, and it the phone still cannot connect with the scale.

    I hope this information helps everyone that is experiencing this issue. First sign onto the web version of the application. After signing on, if you see that everything is being updated, sign off and back into the app on your phone. That is all I did and now it is updating in the app. It was updating all along — it just didn’t reflect in the app until I followed those steps. I found the information in the help section.

    A representative from Withings noticed that I had multiple accounts associated with my Body Cardio scale (two sets of my initials would appear on the scale’s screen). After trying numerous solutions involving WiFi and Bluetooth, I finally logged in to the web portal and was able to disassociate my device (the scale) from all other accounts. Now my data syncs with my iPhone XR. By the way, if you want to sync information via Bluetooth, you have to “tell” the scale that you do not have WiFi, which you can when first setting up the scale. I hope this helps.
