Just wondered if anyone else has noticed, or whether it's 'just' me, but my MOVE ECG has produced a Sleep Score on only two days in the last 60 days, according to my Journal.

    Hello,

    While we await the highly anticipated enhancements to our sleep tracking system which was the winner of our poll; we are happy to share a quick piece about how the watch tracks sleep stages. 

    The sleep stages (e.g. light and deep) are measured based on wrist movement.

    I rarely use my Move ECG for sleep tracking but if I do, I get a good sleep score though. You may want to contact Withings regarding your sleep score. I suggest sending them a screenshot of your sleep data as well. That will help them investigate the matter quickly. You can contact them here: https://within.gs/help.
