My problem exactly. With the readings I get, if I had a cut I’d be shooting blood as high as a geyser!

I just bought a BPM Connect, and my readings are about 20 points high also, it looks like they are all doing it, and no one can get any help.  Withings support hasn't responded to any comments on any of the sites.  What do we have to do to get some help with this thing?  These need to be fixed.

Yesterday I went to doctor and measured 140/80. I immediately measured with the Withings connect and measured 164/100-something. I didn’t have time to do three measurements. I looked back over the last two months and it seems like the cuff is consistently 20 points high, if not more. My question to Withings is: Can these cuffs be calibrated? Adjusted? I expect all cuffs to not be perfect compared with office medical equipment but 20-30 points is too much and introduces doubt over product reliability. Just subtracting 20 from every reading doesn’t seem like a good idea. I love that the cuff communicates with smartphone so I have readings readily available. Are there more reliable connected monitors?

My cuff worked great for about 9 months, but then started reporting around 10-20 points higher than a manual cuff I have. Trying to find warranty support without much success.

I've found quite a few discussions of this. I'm having a similar issue. I'm curious: do you all use 3x or 1x? Have you tried using the other? Does it squeeze the hell out of your amr as it does mine?

My systolic readings are consistently 15-20 points higher than my doctor’s manual BP cuff.  She advised me to stop using the Withings BP Connect (after taking it with me to two visits in her office to check accuracy against her manual cuff) and go to www.validatebp.organd purchase one that has been validated.  I did that and am getting much lower readings that are consistent with a manual cuff reading.  I am fighting with Withings for a refund.  They are making me jump through hoops answering questions right now but I will persist until they stand behind their equipment.  If I have to I will report them to the BBB, the CPA and social media.

The same thing. My readings 15-20 hgmm higher than measured in the doctor's office. That started happening after a year of use and after I did a pause of a month of use.
