    It means the watch couldn't read the data. Try moving your watch 1cm behind wrist bone and tighten it a little. Should be fine then. If not, reboot watch (hold button for 10 secs or so) then position watch correctly. I always tighten my watch slightly before exercising and this enables it to normally read the data
