    I have the same problem with notifications which have stopped but no issue with this article.

    I decided to send an email to Withings and I will see.

    As per the other notifications thread, got nowhere with the help articles but did a factory reset of the watch and

    deleted the app, then re installed app and re-connected. It now works!

     

    Not too much effort and if you make sure that the latest data from the watch is uploaded first they you'll lose nothing.
