    Since you've tried already to delete and reinstall the app, I recommend that you contact their customer support team directly at https://within.gs/help so they can further investigate.

    Same issue here customise screens is blank for all users

    Same here. Blank for all additional users. So I can't add extra readings etc for my wife. This is a major bug that needs fixing
