Health mate notifications

I have a new iPhone 11 which is upto date with the latest software. All my notifications are turned on and it’s reading correctly to the health app. However I am not receiving any notifications? Any ideas? Thank you

    I have the notifications active in the Health Mate app as well, and everything is working fine. You might be pertaining to the weigh-in notification. You can try to uninstall and reinstall the app. If it doesn't work, try to contact Withings tech guys on this link: https://within.gs/help.
